I can't believe it is 2011.  Where do the years go?

Today we went into town to grab lunch.  The Mexican restaurant that we usually go to was closed.  Across from the Mexican restaurant was an 8 year old girl that told Nat, "there is a new restaurant over here."  Nat couldn't say no.  The new restaurant, Alice & Robert's Tal Vez, is a vegan restaurant.

I must say, I wasn't excited to find out we were eating at a vegan restaurant when I arrived a few minutes later.  But it turned out to be delicious.  The 8 year old was our waitress :-).  She did a very good job.  I can't imagine my boys waiting on strangers in a restaurant.



There were a lot of people in Panajachel for the holidays.
