105. Kelly & Dave's 2nd Day (2-16-11)
by Karen Dunn | March 15, 2011
My morning didn't start out great. I opened the refrigerator, bumped the egg holder and a ton of eggs fell on the floor. That was fun to clean up!
When we went to LIFE, I was asked if my kids had their traditional outfits all set for Guatemalan Pride Day/Picture Day at LIFE. I was happy to say yes! I was so proud of myself because I had three outfits all set out for the kids. Turns out I had the tourist outfits, not the traditional Guatemalan outfits.
After LIFE, we sent Kelly & Dave home with the kids and Nat and I went to look for some traditional clothes for the boys.
We found a place that rented traditional clothes - turns out the place is owned by the waiter at San Buenaventura. I'm so happy we did this. The kids looked adorable!
